Workout Description

At the start of the workout complete 21 box jumps. Then complete 21 air squats. Next complete 21 DB Push Press with one 20 lb dumbbell in each hand. Now move to 15 repetitions. Complete 15 box jumps, 15 air squats and 15 Dumbbell Push Press. Finally move to the final round of 9. Complete 9 box jumps, then 9 air squats and 9 DB push presses.

Equipment Needed

Modification Options

Beginner: Replace box jumps with step-ups. Decrease the weight of the dumbbells to 10 pounds. It should be a weight you can keep a steady pace with while maintaining good form.

Advanced: Increase dumbbell weight to 35 pounds.
