Jump Rope, Burpee, Deadlift Workout

Workout Description
At the start of the timer complete 75 single skip jump ropes. Next complete 15 Dumbbell Deadlifts (one 35 pound dumbbell in each hand). Finish the round by completing 15 burpees. Repeat this sequence for a total of 4 rounds.
Equipment Needed
Modification Options
Beginner: If unable to jump rope, swap out that movement for toe taps. Reduce the weight of the dumbbell to 15 to 20 pounds in each hand.
Advanced: Swap out single skip jump ropes for Double Under jumps. Increase the weight of the dumbbell to 45 pounds in each hand. Complete burpees over the dumbbell.
