How I’m Focusing on Performance & Recovery in 2019

This post is sponsored by BabbleBoxx.com

I’m heading into 2019 with bright and shiny new goals!  This is going to be my year! Not because I’ll be smashing it at Crossfit and getting big PR’s, but because I’ll be feeling rested and recovered.  My most important goal this year is taking good care of myself, which for me means I’m prioritizing my recovery! The buzzword these days seems to be self care, and for me, this will be the ultimate self care! Maximize Sleep with the new Underarmour Sleepwear! #underarmourwomen

The first, and most important area of focus this year, will be my sleep. I’ll be aiming for 8-9 hours a night, which means early to bed for me.  To help me maximize my sleep I’ll be using my new Under Armour Athlete Recovery SleepwearTM! If Tom Brady says he wakes up happy after sporting this sleepwear, I’m on board! So far he’s right! What makes these Under Armour PJ’s magic besides the super soft knit fabric? Well, the celliant within the fabric increases localized circulation, which is what leads to that faster recovery I’m looking for! Get yourself a pair here

And while you’re there shopping around, grab my favorite new sport bra,

I used to love running. I don’t do much of it anymore but I want to start again. I want to feel that escape, listen to some good music, and just clear my mind all by myself. These new AfterShokz Trekz Air headphones are my inspiration you guys! They’re super light weight, no messy cords, the open ear design gives me peace of mind because I can still hear my surroundings, and the bone conduction technology is really cool! You need to try these! Grab a pair of AfterShokz Trekz Air here >>babbleboxx.aftershokz.com and get $50 off the “Endurance Bundle” for AfterShokz Trekz Air and AfterShokz Trekz Titanium with code “BABBLEBOXX”

Focus on recovery in the new year! #stayfitmom #tigerbalm

I’m no stranger to muscle soreness.  I’ve stocked up on my favorite pain relief for the year. Tiger Balm’s peel-and-stick Pain Relieving Patch’s are a lifesaver when you need relief in a particular area fast. They’re easy to apply and painless to remove. Stick it to the pain with these patches!

Use it for joint pain, stiff muscles, arthritis, backaches and more! Find a store that carries these products near you here >> http://www.tigerbalm.com/us/locations

My favorite way to get energized for a workout! @celsiusofficial

And lastly, when I need a healthy jumpstart to my day, or before I attempt a workout I love these. I found these CELSIUS On-The-Go Powder Sticks that provide a healthy boost when I’m in need.  Made with EGCG, guarana seed extract, and ginger root, you don’t have to be worried about sketchy ingredients. Did I mention these contain no aspartame, or high fructose corn syrup!? You can grab these vitamin packed fitness packs on Amazon and pour right into your water. Flavors include orange, berry, coconut and cranberry-lemon.Great tips for performance and recovery habits! #stayfitmom #crossfit #recovery#underarmourwomen #AirInAction #ShokzSquad #crossfitomen @aftershokz @celsiusofficial
