INGREDIENTS
- Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- Salt and pepper
- 2% milk (I use Fairlife)
- Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
- Broccoli florets
- 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- Pasta of choice
Substitution Ideas
- Protein: Try boneless skinless chicken thighs or rotisserie chicken.
- Dairy-Free: Use plain unsweetened almond milk and a dairy-free cream cheese.
- Veggies: Sub spinach, peas, or asparagus for the broccoli.

Recipe Tips
- If your sauce seems thin after cooking, let it sit uncovered for a few minutes, it thickens as it cools.
- Swap in whole wheat pasta, chickpea pasta, or protein pasta to bump up the nutrition.
- Don’t skip the broccoli! It adds volume and fiber to keep you full and satisfied.
- Leftovers reheat perfectly, making this a great meal prep option for busy weekdays.

SUPPLIES USED
Instant Pot – Hands down my most used and loved appliance! I linked the 6 quart, which is plenty big for most families, but I upgraded to the 8 quart 3 years ago and love it! It takes up a good portion of pantry space but worth it to me. I like making big batches of food so we always have plenty of leftovers
Slow Cooker – This is a staple in my house! I love being able to put ingredients into my slow cooker and have dinner ready by evening!

The chicken is so tender. Great recipe I would just wait to add the broccoli because I like with still some bite.
