Workout Description
At the start of the timer partner 1 begins and completes 10 Kettlebell swings (36 lbs) then moves to 15 air squats and finishes their round with 20 Double unders. After partner 1 completes her round, she’ll rest while partner 2 begins the same sequence (10 kettlebell swings, 15 air squats and 20 double unders). Partners will continue this work/ rest sequence until all 30 rounds are complete. Each person should complete 15 rounds for a total of 30 rounds together.
Equipment Needed
Modification Options
Beginner: Decrease the weight of the kettlebell to 20 pounds. Complete 40 single skip jumps instead of double unders.
Advanced: Increase kettlebell weight to 44 pounds.
