This week we are bringing you the Flirty Thirty!

I love all these free workouts from Stay Fit Mom!

Weekly Workout:

  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 30 Air Squats
  • 30 second Handstand Hold
  • 30 Walking Lunges
  • 30 Tricep Dips

I could easily do these workouts every week!

Equipment needed:

  • A box for box jumps (you could easily use a wall)
  • Jump Rope
  • Box or chair for tricep dips

Modification Options:

  • If needed, modify this workout to your ability level.  Don’t let the number of rounds or number of repetitions in this workout intimidate you.  You can always change the movements or the rep scheme as needed.   Be sure to check out The Perfect Push Up post for the proper form and modification options for the push up.
