Deadlifts, Sit-Ups, Jump—Let’s Go!

If you’re short on time but still want a workout that hits your entire body, this one’s for you. This 5-round circuit combines dumbbell deadlifts to build strength, sit-ups to fire up your core, and jump ropes to elevate your heart rate. It’s simple, effective, and easy to do at home or in the gym with minimal equipment. Whether you’re squeezing in a quick sweat session before the day starts or looking for a solid finisher to add to your training, this workout gets the job done. Workout Description

At the start of the timer complete 10 Dumbbell deadlifts (35 pound weights). Then move to 20 sit-ups and finish the round with 50 jump ropes. Repeat this sequence for a total of 5 rounds.

Equipment Needed

Modification Options

Beginner: Reduce the weight of the dumbbell to 10 to 15 pounds.

Advanced: Increase the weight of the dumbbell to 45 pounds. Substitute jump ropes for double-unders.
