INGREDIENTS
- Lean ground beef (96/4)
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Flake salt
- Pepper
- Ketchup
- Low fat mayo
- Pickle juice
- Worcestershire
- Dill pickles
Variations & Substitutions
- Use ground turkey or chicken for a leaner version with slightly lower fat.
- Swap the ketchup for reduced sugar or no-sugar-added if watching carbs.
- Try Greek yogurt in place of mayo for a lower fat option.
- Add onions while cooking the meat for extra texture and flavor.
- Make it spicy with chopped jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.

Instructions
- Brown the Ground Beef – In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking until no longer pink. Strain off any excess grease.
- Add the Sauce Ingredients – Stir in the ketchup, mayo, pickle juice, Worcestershire, and diced pickles. Mix until well combined.
- Simmer – Let everything simmer together for 3–5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve It Up – Spoon onto toasted buns, or get creative with your base! (See ideas below.)
How to Serve
This meat mixture is super versatile! Here are a few ways to enjoy it:
- Classic cheeseburger style: Serve on a toasted brioche bun with a slice of American cheese, shredded lettuce, onions, and tomato. (Broil the buns with cheese for 3–5 minutes for a melty, toasty finish.)
- Low-carb bowl: Serve over chopped romaine, tomato, red onion, and a slice of cheddar. Drizzle with a little extra mayo + ketchup mixture.
- Wrap it up: Spoon into a low-carb tortilla with greens and cheese.
- Slider style: Serve in mini Hawaiian rolls for a fun party or meal prep option.
Note: The macros listed are for the meat mixture only, so feel free to use your favorite buns, wraps, or toppings based on your own goals.
