Workout Description
At the start of the workout complete 20 air squats. Then move on to 15 candlesticks and finish the round with 10 burpees. Continue this sequence for a total of 6 rounds.
Equipment Needed
- Dumbbells
- Mat if desired for the candlesticks
Modification Options
Beginner: Reduce to 4 rounds. Step down and step up on the burpees.
Advanced: Add one 25 lb dumbbell and swap air squats for goblet squats.
