When we’re glamping, the last thing I want to do is spend hours cooking or washing dishes.
Since we usually have power hookups, I love bringing along my Instant Pot, slow cooker, and flat top grill. They make it easy to cook hearty dinners without heating up the camper or creating a sink full of dishes.
These are the meals my family requests trip after trip. They’re simple to prep, easy to cook at the campsite, and perfect after a day of hiking, swimming, or relaxing around the campfire.
If you’re planning your next camping menu, here are eight Stay Fit Mom favorites that always make the list.
Chili Mac & Cheese

This one-pot comfort meal is always a camping favorite. It’s hearty, filling, and only requires one pot, making cleanup incredibly easy after dinner.
