Workout Description

Prior to beginning the workout be sure to have your equipment ready and have your lunge distance marked. At the start of the timer complete 50 jump ropes. Then complete 50 meters of walking lunges. Next grab your dumbbell for 30 alternating dumbbell snatches. Finish off that round with 20 burpees. Repeat that entire sequence over and over until your 22 minute timer goes off.
