Has it been crazy cold where you live this week? It was so beautiful last weekend (75 degrees!) and then suddenly it dropped to the 40’s and has been super windy. Let’s keep our workout inside this week just in case it’s freezing cold where you live too.

Workout:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Complete 7 rounds for time:

  • 7 push-ups
  • 7 v-ups
  • 7 jump squats
  • 7 sit-ups
  • jumping lunges

Equipment Needed:

 Yoga Matt -not completely necessary, but nice for the sit-ups.

Modification Options: Be sure to modify this at home workout to your ability level. reduce the number of rounds if you think you might exceed 30 minutes.
