One of the most important things you can do for yourself is exercise at least 3 times a week. You don’t have to run several miles or do Crossfit, but you should do something. Workout:

20 minute AMRAP:

  • 20 Calorie Row or 400 Meter Run
  • 10 burpees over the rower
  • 100 Meter farmers carry (35lbs.)

AMRAP = as many reps as possible

Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, kettlebells, or anything heavy for the farmers carry. You also need a rower if you have one. If not, do the running and do your burpees over anything you have around the house.

Modification Options: None should be needed for this one today. Rest as needed and go at a nice pace for you.
