Workout:
6 Rounds of:
- 200 Meter Run
- 30 Second Plank
- 100 Meter Farmers Carry (50M each arm, 25-50 pounds)
- 10 Step-ups

Equipment Needed: Kettlebell and plyo box if you have one. Dumbbells, a bench, or garden bed would work just fine. Use what you have and make it work!
Modification Options: If 30 second planks are too long for you, accumulate 30 seconds.
