It’s Wednesday again! That means another Stay Fit Mom Weekly Workout! These are always a great option if you can’t make it to your gym or you’re on vacation. Or maybe you have little ones at home and find these perfect for doing in your living room. Whatever the reason, I hope you enjoy them!

5 Rounds for time of:

  • 20 Air squats
  • 20 Push-ups
  • 20 Sit-ups

Equipment Needed: None!

Modification Options: You might need to modify the push-ups. You can do them to a box or a wall if needed.
