Weekly Workout

We started school this week and oh boy! Making myself still do my workout after a long day trying to teach and help my kids is a MUST. Sometimes you don’t want to workout and you can think of all the excuses. Don’t do it! Get yourself ready and get a good sweat session in, you won’t regret it!

21 Minute AMRAP:
24 Mountain Climbers
15 Push-ups
18 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press (50/35)
21 Sit-ups

Equipment Needed: Dumbbells – Use any weight you’re comfortable with. I suggest 20 – 35 pounds.

Modification Options: Do hand release push-ups or push-ups to a box if needed.
