Here’s a fun workout for you today! You can do anything for 1 minute right? Let’s see!! Push yourself and don’t let minute 3 be your worst round!

5 Rounds for Time of:

  • 1 Minute of Burpees
  • 1 Minutes of V-ups
  • 1 Minute of Push-ups
  • 1 Minute of Rest

Equipment Needed: None!

Modification Options: Sub v-ups for sit-ups and modify the push-ups to a box or wall if needed.
