Welcome to another great Stay Fit Mom weekly workout! This workout can be done anywhere and no equipment is needed! Perfect for all of you who traveling for the holidays this week!


Complete for time:

  • 100 Air Squats (no weight)
  • 80 Sit-ups
  • 60 Lunges (Alternating)
  • 40 Burpees
  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Push-ups

Equipment Needed: None!

Modification Options: Be sure to modify this at home workout to your ability level.  If needed reduce the numbers of repetitions. This shouldn’t take you more than 30 minutes to complete.
