Today’s weekly workout is inspired by one we did at our gym a few weeks ago. You don’t need any equipment so I thought it would be perfect to share with you all also. It’s only 10 minutes so push yourself! Enjoy!
Workout
10 min. AMRAP:
- 5 Air Squats
- 200 Meter Run
- 10 Air squats
- 200 Meter Run
- 15 Air squats
- 200 Meter Run
- +5 Air squats each round until time runs out

Equipment Needed: None
Modification Options: You shouldn’t need to modify anything in this workout. Just do what you can in the 10 minute window.
