Travel Wod #4

I wish I were at the beach right now soaking up some extra vitamin D. If I were, I would get up early and go for a walk or jog down the boardwalk. It’s one of my favorite ways to exercise when visiting the coast. However if running isn’t for you, give this travel wod a try! Have fun!

Workout:

For time, complete 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of each:

  • Walking Lunges
  • Shoulder Taps
  • Jumping Jacks

Complete 10 walking lunges, 10 shoulder taps, 10 jumping jacks before moving on to 9-9-9, 8-8-8, etc. all the way down to 1-1-1.

Equipment Needed: None!

Modification Options: You can change up the movements if needed but keep the reps the same.
