We rarely spend the holidays at home. You’ll usually find us in Utah at my parent’s home. One year we took our rower, another we took one of the bikes. We’ll only be going for 4-5 days this year so no plans of taking any extra workout equipment. Most likely we’ll be sticking with body weight exercises like this one.

Workout:

5 rounds:

  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 Sit-ups
  • 2 Minutes Cardio of Your Choice (Run, Jumping Jacks, Stairs, etc.)

Equipment Needed: None!

Modification Options: Get creative with the cardio if you can. Up and down stairs, run around the block, or do some jumping jacks. You could even switch each round up if you want to keep things interesting.
