Workout:
5 Rounds of:
- 30 Jumping Jacks
- 20 Lunges (Alternating legs or walking)
- 10 Jump Squats
- 5 Push-ups
Equipment Needed: None!
Modification Options: Be sure to modify this at home workout to your ability level. If needed reduce the numbers of rounds. This shouldn’t take you more than 20 minutes to complete.
