We’re on day three of potty training and I have been imprisoned in my own home until Makenna is ready to go public. I was going a little crazy yesterday so I decided to go in the garage gym and do a quick workout while she was napping. I figured I might as well take some pictures and share what I did here! This is a fun, no equipment needed workout anyone can do! It was just enough to get my heart rate up a bit and to leave me feeling a little sore today.
Workout:
4 Rounds of:
- 10 Split Squats each leg
- 10 Thigh Abductions each leg
- 10 Step Up Leg Raises each leg (squeeze your butt when you lift your back leg!)
- 10 Air Squats
Scroll down for demo pic of each exercise
Equipment Needed:
- None!
- You can keep track of your time using a watch or a Timer. (We frequently use the MYWOD app and recommend it to our readers. You can keep track of your workouts, they’ve got “How-To” videos, and of course the app has great timers.)
Modification Options:
- This is a pretty basic workout that shouldn’t require much modifications. As always, reduce the numbers of repetitions or increase the rest time as needed.
Good luck and remember we want to see how you did! Take a picture and tag us @StayFitMom_Tracy and @StayFitMom_Krista on Instagram and use hashtag #SFMWeeklyWorkout!
