Weekly Workout

Grab your dumbbells this week and lets do a leg workout! These are some of my favorites! Have fun and feel the burn!

Workout:

Complete rounds of:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

You’ll do 10 dumbbell sumo deadlifts, 10 hip thrusts, and 10 step-ups. Rest 30 seconds to 1 minute before moving on to 9 dumbbell sumo deadlifts, 9 hip thrusts, and 9 step-ups. Repeat until you complete the set of 1,1,1.

Equipment Needed:  dumbbells 

Modification Options: None should be needed for this one today. Use whatever weights you feel comfortable using.
