In a small saucepan bring the soy sauce, Swerve, ginger, and garlic to a boil. Reduced heat and simmer 10-15 minutes until reduced. Remove from heat and let cool 30 minutes.
Preheat your grill to 400 degrees.
In a mixing bowl combine ground beef, 3/4 of the teriyaki sauce, salt and pepper. Form beef mixture into 6 patties (about 6 oz each).
Grill patties and pineapple slices about 5 minutes per side, basting with the remaining teriyaki sauce before and after flipping.
