24ouncesspaghetti sauceI like Classico
4ouncesmozzarella cheese
1/2teaspoondried oregano
1/2teaspoongarlic powder

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Strain water and add to your casserole dish. Add the butter, parmesan cheese, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Over medium high heat cook ground turkey until no longer pink. Drain fat, if any.
Add in chopped onion, bell pepper, and celery. Cook until veggies are tender.
Add spaghetti sauce, cottage cheese, and remaining spices to meat mixture. Mix well.
Layer over the noodles in the casserole dish. Combine gently.
Top with mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
