Single Serve Dump Lasagna
A single serve version of our well-loved Dump Lasagna recipe. All the flavors you love in lasagna combined in a perfectly proportioned meal prep bowl.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and arrange oven safe containers on a cookie sheet. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Cook your pasta according to package directions in salted water. Set aside.
Cook your beef over medium high heat until it is no longer pink. Turn off the heat and strain out the grease.
Return heat to medium high and add in the vegetables, garlic, and spices. Cover and cook 3-5 minutes until the veggies are slightly tender.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella, pasta, and the egg.
Evenly dump the lasagna into the containers and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Let cool before covering with lids and placing in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Reheat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
