1cup2% milk
1cupfrozen strawberries140g
5tablespoonsNutella93g
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange 5 oven-safe dishes on a sheet pan and lightly coat with cooking spray. I like to use the 2 cup glass bowls for these.
Add 1/4 cup pancake mix, 2 tablespoons protein powder, and 1/4 cup milk to each bowl. Stir until well combined.
Place the strawberries in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 2–3 minutes to soften. Blend until smooth if desired, then evenly distribute the strawberries between the 5 bowls.
Add 1 tablespoon of Nutella to each bowl. If preferred, microwave the Nutella for about 20–30 seconds first to soften. Gently swirl the strawberries and Nutella into the batter slightly.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the centers are set and cooked through.
Allow the pancake bowls to cool before covering and storing in the refrigerator. Reheat in the microwave for 1–2 minutes each morning and enjoy with your favorite pancake toppings.
