Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x8 inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, cream together with a hand-held electric mixer, butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg whites and vanilla.
In a small bowl, whisk together flour, protein powder, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt. Add to butter and sugar mixture and mix at low speed until combined.
Divide dough in half and press half into an even layer on the bottom of the prepared pan.
Spread marshmallow creme over the bottom layer as best you can. Break apart the Hershey's bar and evenly spread out the pieces.
Take the remaining dough and layer it over the top. It's okay if there are uncovered sections of marshmallow and chocolate.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Let cool at least 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
Notes
