In a small mixing bowl cream together the butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla.
Mix in the protein powder, flour, baking soda.
Once a dough forms mix in the chocolate chips.
Roll dough into 6 equal balls and place on a cookie sheet. Gently press down on the cookies so they are just slightly pressed.
Bake for about 8 minutes or until the edges appear golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool on the cookie sheet for at least 1 minute before removing.
These are best served warm. Enjoy!
