One Pot Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Soup

or any cheese you like

Instructions
In a large pot, sauté the onions, chicken, garlic, and red potatoes in the olive oil.
Chop up the broccoli into small pieces.
Once the chicken is cooked through, add the broccoli, vegetable broth, and water.
Cook on low until the broccoli is tender.
Remove from heat and add all remaining ingredients.
