Instructions
Cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
Cook pasta according to package directions, making sure to add 1 tablespoon kosher salt to the water.
Drain the pasta, and add it to the same pot as the beef.
Add all other ingredients and stir until melted.
Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
