Slice the baguette loaf down the center and place on a sheet pan. I sliced my bread in half before slicing down the center to fit in on a half sheet pan.
Melt the butter in a small bowl and spread evenly on all the bread. I used a basting brush. Do the same with the Dijon mustard.
Evenly distribute the ham down one side of the sandwich bread.
Slice the brie and place evenly on the other side of the bread. I spread my cheese with my fingers a bit to help evenly distribute it.
Broil on high 3-4 minutes, or bake at 400 degrees 5-7 minutes until the bread is toasted on the edges and cheese is melted.
Top with arugula, fold and slice into 4 sandwiches. Enjoy!
