This Mediterranean Whipped Feta is a light, creamy, macro-friendly dip made with Greek yogurt, feta cheese, fresh herbs, and crisp vegetables. It’s the perfect healthy Super Bowl appetizer or party snack that’s high in protein, easy to prep ahead, and full of fresh Mediterranean flavor.
Add the feta, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and half of the dill to a food processor.
Blend until combined. With the processor running, drizzle in about half of the olive oil.
Continue blending until mostly smooth. (A slightly grainy texture is normal.)
Spread the whipped feta onto a shallow dish or plate, creating a slight well in the center.
In a small bowl, toss the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and olives with the remaining olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice, the remaining dill, and salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon the veggie mixture over the whipped feta.
Finish with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, if desired.
Serve with pita bread, pita chips, or crackers.
