Place bananas on a parchment lined sheet pan. Slice into about 29, 1/4" pieces.
Lay flat and put a small dollop of nut butter on the top of each one. About 1/4 teaspoon per banana slice.
Place in freezer uncovered for 20-30 minutes.
Melt chocolate using instructions on the back of your chocolates. I like to do mine in the microwave, in a glass measuring cup. You don't want to use anything too big because you'll need to be able to fully submerge the banana slices.
Using a toothpick or spoon, submerge each frozen slice into the chocolate. Twirl and shake the excess chocolate off before setting back on the sheet pan. Top with a pinch of salt immediately, before the chocolate sets.
Place bites back in the freezer for 2 hours before eating or storing in an air tight bag.
