Instructions
Arrange 5 oven safe containers on a cookie sheet. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Slice up the sour dough into 1" cubes. Evenly distribute bread into the 5 bowls (75g per bowl).
In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Evenly distribute into the 5 bowls (6 tablespoons per bowl). Gently mix the bread cubes into the egg mixture so that the bread cubes soak up most the egg mixture. Let sit while the oven preheats to 350 degrees.
Before baking, give the bowls one more gentle stir. Bake in the oven about 35-40 minutes, or until the tops begin to get toasty.
Serve warm topped with some powder sugar, syrup, fruit, nuts, whip cream, or anything else that sounds good. Toppings not included in the macro count.
