Ingredients

flank steak
sliced

raw broccoli

cup
bone broth
or water
1/2
cup
soy sauce
2
tablespoons
cornstarch
1
tablespoon
minced garlic
2
tablespoons
brown sugar
1
teaspoon
ground ginger
1/2
teaspoon
red pepper flakes
1
tablespoon
sesame seeds
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together bone broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, brown sugar, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
Steam or microwave your broccoli to soften it a little bit. (I prefer mine a little more cooked, but cook it how you like it.)
In a large skillet over medium high heat cook the beef. It only takes 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce mixture and simmer until slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the broccoli, and serve with sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
Notes
