Ingredients
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Asparagus
Potatoes
Butternut Squash

Coconut Oil
or Olive Oi
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cut up veggies to bite size and spread them evenly over one or two cookie sheets.
Toss veggies in Coconut Oil (or Olive Oil).
Sprinkle with Salt & Pepper.
Bake in oven for 45 min.
