Grilled Orange Cornish Hens
Ingredients
- 2-3 Cornish game hens
- 1/4 cup low sodium Kikkoman soy sauce
- 1/4 raw honey
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- zest of 1/2 large orange
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Place Cornish game hens in a small dish or ziplock bag
- In a mixing bowl combine all other ingredients
- Pour marinade over hens and refrigerate at least 1 hour turning hens often
- Grill hens basting often with marinade
