Instructions
Run the frozen dragon fruit pack under warm water for about 30 seconds to soften up and split in half.
Add all ingredients to the Ninja Creami cups and blend well with a hand held blender.
Let sit out 3-5 minutes to let the bubbles settle. Cover with lids and place in the freezer at least 12 hours or preferably overnight.
Place frozen ice cream in a bowl of hot water for 60 seconds to defrost the sides of the cup.
Place in the Ninja Creami machine and press the Lite Ice Cream button.
Respin a second time by pressing the re-spin button. Repeat the re-spin cycle as many times as needed until you get the consistency you like.
Mix in or top with any toppings you like. For this one I suggest fresh cut fruit, granola, coconut flakes, and honey.
Notes
-Let your creamis sit out on the counter a minimum of 5 minutes after mixing for the freezer, to let the bubbles settle.-Don't skimp on soaking your creami for 60 seconds in hot water before spinning. This will help eliminate slushy sides.-Add 1 tablespoon of milk when spinning your creami if it's too powdery after multiple re-spins.-Clean your Creami lid and the bottom of the rod on the machine really well after each use.
