4ouncesreduced fat Mexican cheese blend
4tablespoonsqueso cheese28g
1tablespoonhot sauceoptional (We like the mild Taco Bell sauce)
Instructions
If using hot sauce, mix it into the pinto beans. Scoop 1/2 cup of the pinto beans, 1/4 cup Mexican cheese, and 1 tablespoon queso into each uncooked tortilla.
Roll up the tortilla, folding in the sides first.
Cook in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes if needed. Let them cool before eating.
You can find uncooked flour tortillas at most grocery stores now. I usually use Tortilla Land or Tortilla Fresca and they both have very similar macros. Look for any close to: 3p/23c/4f per tortilla.
