Baked Artichoke Chicken and Asparagus

Ingredients

tablespoon
of Ghee {or butter}
1
Yellow Onion
diced
4
cloves
of Garlic
diced
2
cups
of Artichoke
cut in quarters
4
Chicken Breasts
1
teaspoon
Garlic Powder
1
teaspoon
Onion Powder
1
lb.
of Asparagus
diced into bite-sized pieces.
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Season chicken breasts with Garlic Powder and Onion Powder.
In a skillet, heat up Ghee.
Add diced onion and crushed garlic. Cook until onions are translucent, about 3 minutes.
Add diced Artichoke to skillet. Cook for 2 minutes
Place Chicken Breasts into skillet. Sear in Skillet for about 4 minutes on each side.
Add cut Asparagus to skillet and then place the entire skillet in the oven to bake 30-35 minutes.
