Over medium heat cook the ground beef with a bit of salt and pepper. Strain out excess grease.
Add in onions and garlic. Cook until onions become translucent.
Remove from heat and stir in the spaghetti sauce. Set aside.
Cook pasta according the package instructions. Strain and put back in the pot.
Stir in eggs, 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, parsley, and sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
In a lightly greased, large casserole dish (9x13), dump your noodle mixture and spread evenly. Then dump your meat mixture over the top and spread evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins. If you like the top a bit crispy, remove the foil the last 10 minutes.
