Ingredients
2lb.Pork Roast
1Packetor 3 tablespoons of Taco Seasoning (optional)(or my homemade kind for whole30)
1Jar SalsaI like salsa verde best
Instructions
Slice up your roast and place in your slow cooker.
Dump in salsa and taco seasoning.
Cook on low 6-8 hours.
Shred and enjoy!
Notes
Instant Pot directions: Slice roasts into chunks, place all ingredients in Instant Pot, and cook on manual high setting for 15 Minutes. If using an 8 quart pot, add 1/2 cup water so it doesn't burn. Quick or naturally release and shred.
