Easy Paleo Meatball Soup

Ingredients
For the Soup:

beef broth

oz.
cans whole peeled tomatoes

large onions sliced
1 1/2
teaspoons
salt

teaspoon
black pepper
1 1/2
teaspoons
chili powder
For the Meatballs:
1
lb.
ground beef
1
lb.
sausage
1/2
cup
almond flour
2
eggs
2
tablespoons
minced onion
1 1/2
teaspoons
chili powder
1
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients for the soup and place in a large soup pan on medium heat.
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients for meatballs.
Roll meatball mixture into balls and cook in a frying pan that has about 2 1/2 inches of water in it.
Let meatballs cook for about 5 mins before removing and add to the soup mixture.
Once all meatballs have been precooked and added to soup pan let the soup simmer for several hours to finish cooking the meatballs.
