I’ve been trying really hard to get back into running shape. Let me tell you, it hasn’t been easy! Starting is SO hard. I am shocked by how each week it gets easier and easier though. Here’s a good interval run I do occasionally that I really like. Try it out!

Modification Options: If 8 minutes is too long for you to jog, reduce it down but try to keep a 2:1 ratio. So 6 minute run & 3 minute walk, or 4 minute run & 2 minute walk.
