Workout:
10 Minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible with a 10 minute clock):
- 15 lunges (alternating)
- 10 Push-ups
- 15 Lunges (alternating)
- 20 Sit-ups
Equipment Needed: None!
Modification Options: Do hand release push-ups or push-ups to a box if needed.
