Weekly Workout

I’ve been doing a lot of workouts at home recently and loving it. My gym isn’t closed, I’m just enjoying being on my own and doing my own thing. Chad’s been slowly working on getting us equipment again so it’s fun to use it as it comes. We finally scored some 35 pound dumbbells that arrived yesterday. Finding gym equipment right now is pretty hard.

Equipment Needed: Plyo box (or anything you step or jump up onto) Kettlebell, Dumbbell, or anything heavy to hold for goblet squats.

Modification Options: You can sub air squats for goblet squats and step ups for box jumps if needed.
