I hope your September is off to a great start! I know one way to set yourself up for success each day, exercise! If you’re not prioritizing exercise yet, let me remind you that it’s never too late to start. Here’s a workout you can do today!

Workout

5 Minute AMRAP:
50 Burpee buy in, then:
30 Double Unders
30 Air squats
5 Minutes Rest
5 Minute AMRAP:
30 Burpee buy in, then:
30 Double Unders
20 Air squats
5 Minutes Rest
5 Minute AMRAP:
20 Burpee buy in, then:
30 Double Unders
10 Air squats

Equipment Needed: Jump Rope– if you don’t have one don’t worry. You can substitute the double unders for hop overs.

Modification Options: If you don’t have a jump rope just find something to jump back and fourth over. Double the repetitions of the double unders though.
