Only a few more days to go until Christmas!! Today is also the final day of the 25 Day of Macros Challenge! This years challenge, and all the daily bonus challenges, has been so much fun and has kept me super motivated during this crazy time. I have plans to enjoy some holiday treats these next few days but I will not be missing my workouts. I feel so much better when I make sure to schedule in a sweat sesh. Here’s another no equipment travel wod idea for you!

Workout:

For time:

  • 1 mile run
  • 100 burpees

Equipment Needed: None!

Modification Options: No need to sprint. Walk and just get through it. Have fun!
